ABOUT ME
I am a bilingual leadership and organisational development consultant. My areas of expertise include leadership strategy, team development, workshop facilitation, coaching and change management. My corporate career began as a leadership consultant with DDI, designing and delivering leadership assessment, development and succession solutions. I then transitioned to in-house roles within financial services. First as a leadership development specialist and more recently as a senior people development consultant.
I was born in a port city in northwest Spain but have spent my entire adult life living abroad, in places such as Hong Kong, Utrecht, London, LA, San Francisco and Pittsburgh. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Scripps College and subsequently completed an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London. My undergraduate and graduate research work have been published in the Journals of Gerontology and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Since September 2019, I have been pursuing a PhD in Organisational Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
I am a practitioner in the Insight meditation tradition and a passionate surfer (which does not translate to skilled). I am inspired by the writings of Deborah Levy, Jeanette Winterson and Tara Westover.
